Estate Foundi
Estate Foundi is located 4km outside the city of Naoussa in Northern Greece, in the overgrown housing estate of Nea Strantza. It is a small family enterprise that is active in the field of wine production since 1992.
The winery of Estate Foundi is a member of “Wines of North Greece” and it is open to all wine lovers who wish to learn more about the captivating world of Xinomavro.
The appellation zone of Naoussa
The area of Naoussa is one of the most important areas of viticulture in Greece. It is situated in Central Macedonia at an altitude going fron 80m to 350m. Today, the total surface is 500 Ha, where the indigenous variety “Xinomavro”, is cultivated for the production of wine with the “Appellation Zone of Naoussa”.
