Rosé Demi Sec – PGI Macedonia

Rosé Foundi is produced from selected grapes of the renowned nothern Greek red grape variety, Xinomavro. The raw material comes from choice vineyards in Macedonia.

The vinification takes place in our winery in Nea Strantza. The short stay of the grape juice and stems and the low temperature during vinification produces a lively wine with a brilliant rose colour, rich in floral scents and fruity on the palate, that carries memories of the blessed land of its origin in spring.

Special characteristics: Bright rose colour. Floral and red fruit aromas. Balanced on the palate, unleashes an explosion of flavours combined with a refreshing acidity.

Serving suggestions: Summer vegetables and fruit tarts. Good as an aperitif.
Specific suggestion: Pasta with seafood in red sauce.
Best served at 6-8°C.
