This outstanding dry white wine is produced from black grapes of the renowned northern Greek variety, Xinomavro, which is cultivated in the Naousa appelletion zone.
The careful pressing of the grapes permits the collection of a small quantity of juice coming from the inner white fresh. This, is then stored, in new French oak barrels where fermentation takes place at low temperature. The wine remains in the barrels until it is fully matured.
The result is a full bodied wine, rich in aromatic scents which are harmoniously combined with its natural bouquet and the delicate scent of wood.

Baked fish and all fish with a white sauce. Also excellent with game.
Serve at 10-12oC.
