This wine is made from the grapes of the exceptional white variety, Malvasia Aromatica, which are carefully harvested once they reach optimal ripeness of about 12,5 % potential alcohol.
The juice from the crushed berries is allowed six hours of skin contact before cold fermentation begins to bring out the full aromatic potential of this variety.
The wine has a straw colour and intense floral and red berry aromas. On the palate it is full bodied and complex with perfectly balanced acidity and a long, aromatic finish.
