It is produced from select grapes of the renowned red Xinomavro variety.
The careful pressing of grapes at low temperature give a vivid, fruity wine, well balanced, with a touch of freshness on the palate.
Special Characteristics
- Light yellow colour with green highlights, delicate fruity 7 floral aromas.
- Freshness in the mouth with good body and a longish finish.
- Will repay 3-4 years
Best with:
Fried fish, white meats and vegetables dishes. Goes very well with white greek cheeses.
Serve at 8oC.
Specific suggestion: Fried trout with fresh butter.
